About Lindsay Holmes

Lindsay Holmes BA FAICD is Meeting Success Principal Consultant and Managing Director. His broad experience includes extensive work locally, and nationally with not-for-profits, the three levels of government and small businesses.

Since 1993, Meeting Success has used Lindsay Holmes' 35 plus years of experience of community and organisational development, management, strategic development, evaluation and review of organisations and programmes to provide services across Australia.

Meeting Success understands the demands on community organisations, businesses and government organisations.

During this time he has spent 17 years as a senior officer in South Australian and Commonwealth government departments working closely with the community sector in the development and implementation of community based programs and policy.

Lindsay started his working life as an electronics technical officer, but he found that people interested him far more than gadgets. However, in recent years he has drawn on his technical background to develop on-line tools for use in strategic planning and project management.
